Job summary

PT. Prada Sinergi Bersama seeks an Electr. Conventional Vessel Lead to join the heavy lift fleet. The role requires prior Chief/First Electrician experience aboard large vessels and leadership of teams of 10+. Rotation is 35 days on, 35 days off, with CM salary paid when at work.

Recruitment is for November 2026, with a secure arrangement and standard travel benefits; employment is unlimited, and insurance packages are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chief Electrician or First Electrician onboard a heavy lift or construction vessel.
• Experience with K-Chief and K-pos.
• Knowledge and skills to operate an Amos maintenance system.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Previous experience with McDermott, Allseas, Heerema is valuable.

Electr. Conventional Vessel Leads to join PLBH Israfil Huseynov.

Mobilization is
planned for November 2026 and due to the importance of the position onboard we
would like to secure the resources in advance.

Recruitments:

• Previous experience as Chief Electrician or First Electrician onboard a heavy lift or construction vessel.
• Experience with K-Chief and K-pos
• Knowledge and skills to operate an Amos maintenance system
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Previous experience as Chief Electrician or First Electrician in the following companies is valuable since they are closely aligned with our requirements for the position: McDermott, Allseas, Heerema

notice from the first to ninth years of service;

90 calendar days’
notice thereafter.

Rotation:

35 working days,
followed by 35 days spent on leave.
