Job summary

JAPFA is looking for a candidate to assist supervision of daily corn dryer operations and shift activities. You will coordinate manpower, work schedules, and loading/unloading activities, while monitoring dryer performance, safety compliance and housekeeping standards.

• Monitor dryer performance, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards.
• Support tracking of raw material intake, output, and energy usage.
• Escalate quality deviations or equipment issues to supervisors.
