Job summary

PepsiCo in Indonesia invites final year students or fresh graduates to join the PEP Pioneers 6-month paid internship focused on Environmental Health & Safety. You will develop, review, and maintain EHS management system documents, monitor compliance, and support audits in a dynamic team.

You should be pursuing Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields, with strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and maintain EHS management system documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records).
  • Monitor compliance requirements and track CAPA status.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and support internal audit preparations, including evidence collection and gap assessments.
  • Prepare EHS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management review materials.
  • Design EHS training materials, awareness campaigns, posters, and communication content.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to support EHS improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement and change management activities related to the EHS Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain EHS management system documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records).
  • Monitor compliance requirements and track corrective and preventive action (CAPA) status.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and support internal audit preparations, including evidence collection and gap assessments.
  • Prepare EHS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management review materials.
  • Design EHS training materials, awareness campaigns, posters, and communication content.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to support EHS improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement and change management activities related to the EHS Management System.

Requirements:

  • Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
  • Able to perform documentation management, analytical thinking, communication, organization, attention to detail, report writing, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva/Adobe Illustrator (preferred), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, risk assessment, and EHS compliance.
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
