Job summary

PT Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leader for our manufacturing site in East Java. You will drive compliance with international standards and local regulations across environmental, safety and industrial hygiene programs.

You will lead audits, develop protection plans, deliver training, manage permits, and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold high EHS performance and responsible facility operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS in a manufacturing company.
• Ahli K3 Umum certificate required.
• Master K3 safety, ISO 14001 must; SMK3 and other EHS regs.
• English as working language; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental, safety and industrial hygiene consulting to ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Manage development, implementation and maintenance of environmental, reporting and security programs.
• Responsible for safety and environmental protection audits of the whole plant.
• Develop safety and environmental protection plans.
• Carry out internal training to ensure safety and environmental protection.
• Implement security audits and support ISO14001 compliance and other regulatory documents.
• Maintain on-site environmental permits in accordance with laws and regulations.
