Job summary

Givaudan in Indonesia is seeking an EHS specialist to strengthen our Environment, Health & Safety culture at our manufacturing site in Bekasi. You will report to the EHS Manager and work with teams across the site to ensure regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations, coordinate training, and drive continuous improvement in safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in the EHS/Engineering/Science field, at least 2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or chemical settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing or chemical environments.
• Knowledge of local EHS regulations, permit management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• EHS certifications recognized in the local market.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance activities and ensure alignment with local EHS requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across the site.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and monitor corrective actions.
• Support audits, permit management, and interactions with government authorities on EHS matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture by collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Your Professional Profile Includes

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
