National Culinary Service Academy seeks educators with a solid foundation in education or related fields to support early childhood learning. The role emphasizes child-centered, play-based, and inquiry-based approaches, valuing experience with diverse learners in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Candidates should hold a degree or diploma, demonstrate strong communication with children and parents, and be able to design engaging activities.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Child Development*, or a related field.
Previous experience working with children in a school, learning center, preschool, daycare, enrichment program, or similar educational setting* is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong relevant experience, internships, or a demonstrated interest in education and child development are welcome to apply.
Experience working with children of different ages, abilities, and learning needs is an advantage.
Experience in inclusive education, special educational needs, or individualized learning support* is highly valued.
Strong understanding of child development and child-centered learning.
Able to design and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Comfortable using play-based, experiential, project-based, and inquiry-based learning approaches*.
Interested in nature-based learning, outdoor education, and alternative approaches to education*.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
Able to observe children closely, identify their interests and needs, and respond appropriately.
Creative, resourceful, and confident in developing learning activities using everyday and natural materials.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good classroom and group management skills while maintaining a respectful and positive learning environment.
Able to document children’s learning progress and communicate observations clearly.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor learning environments*.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
