Job summary

Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a School Public Relations Staff to strengthen relationships with parents, prospective families, external stakeholders, and the wider community. The role focuses on professional representation, inquiries handling, and promoting the school’s programs.

You will collaborate with teams to produce communication materials, manage social media content, and support events and community engagement while upholding Islamic values and international education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing, public relations, customer relations, or similar role.
• Previous experience in the hospital/healthcare, property/housing, or insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, and service-oriented.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders.
• Experience in handling customers/clients and managing inquiries or complaints.
• Experience with social media, Canva, or content creation is an advantage.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, prospective families, and external stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and relationship-related matters professionally.
• Represent the school in meetings, events, and external activities.
• Support school events, promotional activities, and community engagement programs.
• Develop and manage communication materials and school-related content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive public image and reputation of the school.
