Job summary

LB LIA Cileungsi is seeking an Education Consultant to join our team. You will provide educational guidance to students and parents and help them select suitable study programs, with a focus on English education. You will collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure coordinated guidance, monitor student progress, and offer emotional support and motivation.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a diploma or bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any discipline.
• Good communication and English-speaking ability, with networking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work as a team.
• Positive, enthusiastic, patient, cheerful, and careful in appearance and conduct.
• Sales ability in delivering effective pitches and closing deals; prior education sales experience is a plus.
• Available to work on weekends (half-day on Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive English education consultation and guidance to students, assisting them in selecting suitable study programs.
• Work closely with students' parents to understand their needs and challenges, and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Monitor student progress, identify areas that require attention, and provide necessary assistance.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure coordination and consistency in guidance and learning approaches.
