Job summary

EduBridge Jakarta is looking for an Education Consultant to help students select suitable programs and universities abroad, and to arrange visa information, applications, accommodations, and pre-departure briefings.

The ideal candidate has a minimum bachelor degree (preferably in Hospitality), strong English, customer-service skills, and at least two years in education consultancy; willing to travel and proficient in MS Office; able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably in Hospitality).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to work under pressure to achieve target.
• Able to work individually as well as in team.
• Experience as Education Consultant for at least 2 years.
• Willing to travel out of town if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in choosing the most suitable programs and universities for them.
• Be able to handle students' related needs: visa information, university informations, university application, accommodations, departure briefings etc.
• Maintain good communications with students and universities.
• Engage in marketing and promotion activities.
