Job summary

PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara is seeking aSales and Marketing Manager to build and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies in Tangerang. You will lead the team to hit performance goals and expand the customer base.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in branding and digital marketing, with English and Indonesian proficiency, and willingness to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-connected with a strong professional network.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems) is a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed in the Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to upper management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
