Job summary

LMN is seeking a diligent post-production assistant in Jakarta who will bridge data between DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. The role focuses on organizing media, timelines, and metadata for the main editor, while ensuring cross-software compatibility and robust backups.

You will support editing tasks, footage prep, syncing, and collaboration with VFX and editorial teams. Strong English skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, with AE knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience on long-form VFX projects.
• Fully proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, especially Productions, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of editing workflows, media management, codecs, frame rates, timecode, and project organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot media relinking, timeline discrepancies, and compatibility issues.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills in editing.
• Good communication and collaboration with editors and post-production teams.
• English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of After Effects and interest in sound design are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert on-set editing data from DaVinci Resolve to Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring project files, timelines, media, and metadata are transferred and organized for the main editor.
• Familiar with DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro compatibility, media relinking, and timeline integrity from start to finish.
• Organize and maintain editing project files, media assets, and backups to support an efficient post-production workflow.
• Assist the main editor with editing tasks, footage preparation, syncing, and other editorial needs as required.
• Collaborate with editorial and VFX teams to ensure footage, VFX plates, and related assets are accessible.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to project conversion, media management, and editing workflows.
