Job summary

Astronacci in Jakarta is seeking a versatile video content producer/editor to take projects from brief through concept, filming, and final cut. You will direct talent, manage equipment, and ensure high-quality storytelling across landscape and portrait formats.

You should be proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, with strong planning, communication, and on-location problem-solving skills. The role follows local working hours in WIB.

Qualifications

• Experience turning briefs into production plans with clear timelines.
• Strong storytelling and communication throughout production.
• Proficient with camera operation, lighting, and on-location setup.

Responsibilities

• Understand briefs and develop visual concepts, props, and equipment.
• Operate mirrorless cameras with exposure, white balance, frame rates, and composition.
• Set up lighting and audio for each scene.
• Direct talent and capture footage aligned with storytelling and platform needs.
• Edit videos from rough cuts to final delivery, including sound, color, and basic motion graphics.
• Organize project files and ensure landscape and portrait deliveries.
