Job summary

Murup, a production house focused on documentary-style campaigns, seeks an experienced Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling narratives with strong storytelling, visuals and sound.

You will work with post‑production workflows, sequence editing, sound design, and collaboration with the team to deliver polished projects. Proficiency with Adobe or DaVinci is a plus. 5+ years of editing in documentary contexts are required, and a detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience in documentary storytelling.
• Experience with post-production workflows and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of video editing experience in documentary storytelling and visual composition using Adobe or DaVinci will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows, sequence editing, visual composition, and story-driven editing
• Sound-savvy, with primary expertise in sound design and secondary skills in audio mixing and mastering to strengthen storytelling
• Familiar with hardware and Windows OS environments, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning
