Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of property content and presentation on all digital platforms and third‑party portals where the hotel is listed.
• Report, analyse and act upon brand.com statistics and KPIs to drive performance.
• Responsible for reaching targeted website sales and revenue share.
• Optimise the traffic acquisition strategy and conversion rate.
• Ensure consistent brand delivery through social and digital channels in line with corporate guidelines.
• Support the implementation of strategies and projects from the brand and its regional and corporate offices.
• Take ownership of the hotel’s online presence and its representation across all digital platforms.
