A leading personnel management company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist in ecommerce operations. Responsibilities include managing promotional documents, data entry, and coordinating with various teams. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills are essential. This is a 1-year contract position.
Prepare and manage documents related to promotions, LOA (Letter of Authorization), and partnership agreements.
Handle data entry, product listing updates, pricing, and promotional information across ecommerce platforms.
Support claim processes: prepare documents, verify data, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams (finance, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Generate periodic reports related to claims, promotional activities, and program documentation.
Provide daily operational and administrative support for the Ecommerce Business Development Manager, enabling focus on strategy and business planning.
