Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Curriculum.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Caring, patient, and collaborative team player.
• Able to work effectively with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the School Curriculum
• Facilitate play-based learning with purposeful learning that promotes curiosity, inquiry, independence and problem-solving
• Create a safe, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment
• Assess, document, and monitor each child's learning and development
• Prepare and complete student progress reports
• Communicate student progress through Parent-Teacher Meetings held twice a year
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Maintain open, respectful communication with parents and families
• Lead and collaborate with the class team, including Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
• Supervise students during class, playtime, and dismissal
