Job summary

Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya in Surabaya is seeking an Early Years teacher to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons with a focus on independent and evidence-based learning. The role requires collaborative teamwork, a warm, proactive personality, and strong English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+).

The successful candidate will join Sekolah Ciputra’s IB World School environment with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality education and supporting student growth across the Early Years Unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in related fields
• Ability to work closely with others in a positive and collaborative environment
• High initiative, warm, and dynamic personality
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with an IELTS score equal to or above 6.0
