Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking a Supplier/Key Account Manager to oversee supplier onboarding, coordination with Legal and Finance, and ongoing supplier performance reporting. You will negotiate pricing based on volume, manage supplier relationships, and generate data-driven insights across cross-functional teams to support e-commerce promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher related to Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, partnership business or similar roles in e-commerce/Telco/PPOB.
• Problem-solving oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude.
• Strong analytical acumen, comfortable gathering data from various sources, generating and evaluating insights.
• Self-management: organize own time, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Good team player, positive attitude, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Approve supplier onboarding with required documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, DP for new supplier approvals (NDA, agreements).
• Generate monthly supplier quality performance reports.
• Conduct monthly supplier performance reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate price discounts with suppliers based on projected volume.
• Maintain supplier relationships and communicate order status and issues.
• Analyze data for daily CI reports and pricing checks.
• Support Mitra Shopee promotions with data and CL approvals.
