Job summary

PT Karunia Internasional Citra Kencana is seeking a detail-oriented e-commerce operations coordinator to manage marketplace listings, pricing, and inventory. You will monitor orders, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and support campaigns, promotions, and livestreams.

Strong communication and Excel skills are required; fresh graduates welcome. This role requires weekend/holiday rotation during campaigns and a proactive attitude to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations; Shopee Seller Center preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support campaigns including weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Marketplace product listings, pricing, inventory, and product visibility.
• Monitor orders, fulfillment, shipping, returns/refunds, and resolve operational issues.
• Support marketplace campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, Shopee Ads, and promotional activities.
• Handle customer chats, reviews, and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and store ratings.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, stock, cancellations, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support livestream activities, including preparation, live session monitoring, product information, promotions, and post-live performance tracking.
