Job summary

Shopee in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support account managers by deploying and maintaining assets on the platform. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and community teams to ensure compelling visuals and messaging for payment partners.

The role involves backend setup, data reporting, and turning performance insights into actionable plans, while keeping campaigns aligned with KPI targets in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous when executing campaigns with an eye for design.
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written who can persuade internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce.
• Able to adapt to changes and a dynamic work environment.
• Strong with Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated interest and/or experience in handling data.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers to deploy and maintain partnership assets on Shopee platform.
• Backend setup and deployment for bank-specific promotions for different campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to develop appealing visuals and messaging for payment partners.
• Support data analytics, reporting, and draw insights from performance reports to create actionable plans.
• Carry out competitor analysis to ensure Shopee offerings remain competitive in e-commerce.
• Contribute to new initiatives that drive team KPIs.
