About the Job

  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded E-Commerce Manager to lead and oversee our sales and customer service policies for online channels. This role is key to the successful execution of our E-Commerce masterplan and overall business strategy.

In this role, you will get to :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive online sales and achieve E-Commerce performance targets.
  • Oversee the execution of operational policies and processes across E-Commerce platforms to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction across all online touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and IT to ensure seamless E-Commerce operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics including traffic, conversion, customer retention, and sales revenue.
  • Ensure alignment between E-Commerce strategies and the company's vision, mission, and national sales goals.
  • Stay updated with E-Commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive positioning.

What you will Need to Succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing E-Commerce platforms, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful E-Commerce strategies.
