Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti mencari staff Admin eCommerce untuk mengelola dan memantau semua aktivitas e-commerce dan marketplace perusahaan di wilayah Jakarta Utara. Kamu akan mengawasi penjualan, kampanye, lalu lintas, persediaan, stok, dan operasi toko agar target bisnis tercapai.

Kamu juga akan berkoordinasi dengan tim internal mengenai promosi, listing produk, harga, dan kebutuhan operasional marketplace, serta menyiapkan laporan berkala terkait kinerja penjualan, kampanye, inventori, dan aktivitas

Qualifications

• Gelar D3 atau setara di bidang apa pun.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office.
• Teliti, berbasis data, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola dan memantau semua aktivitas e-commerce dan marketplace perusahaan.
• Memantau kinerja penjualan, kampanye, trafik, stok tersedia, persediaan, dan operasi toko agar target bisnis tercapai.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal mengenai promosi, listing produk, harga, dan kebutuhan operasional marketplace.
• Menilai kinerja marketplace dan memberikan strategi serta rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan performa toko.
• Menyiapkan laporan rutin terkait kinerja penjualan, kampanye, inventaris, dan aktivitas operasional e-commerce.

Job description

Manage and monitor all company e-commerce and marketplace activities.

Monitor sales performance, campaigns, traffic, stock availability, inventory control, and store operations to ensure business targets are achieved.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotions, product listings, pricing, and marketplace operational needs.

Evaluate marketplace performance and provide strategies and recommendations to improve sales and store performance.

Prepare regular reports related to sales performance, campaign performance, inventory, and e-commerce operational activities.

Job Requirement:

Minimum education requirement: Associate’s degree (D3) in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail, data-driven, responsible, and have great communication skills

Willing to be placed at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
