Job summary

Lippo Karawaci is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. You will participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.

You will configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements and best practices, collaborate with technical consultants

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support system integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, provide recommendations, and support users during and after system go-live.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.
