Job summary

Mandaya Hospital Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Project Lead to drive end-to-end projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

You will coordinate with users, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions, oversee scope, timeline, budget, resources and risks, and lead UAT, training and change management for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end from planning to go-live.
• Ability to coordinate with users, stakeholders, IT teams, consultants and vendors.
• Strong focus on delivering on scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and deliverables.

Key responsibilities :

Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end, from planning, requirement gathering, implementation, to go-live and post-implementation

Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Dynamics 365-based solutions

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables

Coordinate IT teams, business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors

Oversee implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align with business needs and operational processes

Manage integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and applications

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, change management, and go-live processes

Monitor progress and provide project status reports to management

Identify project risks and ensure mitigation actions and resolution
