Scholario Indonesia is seeking a passionate Mentor Science (Physics & Chemistry) to join our educational team in South Denpasar, Bali. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging, interactive lessons and fostering scientific curiosity while achieving academic excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a teaching qualification in Physics or Chemistry and has 2+ years of classroom experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in educational technology.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification or degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
• Proven experience teaching Physics and Chemistry to secondary school students (2+ years).
• Strong subject knowledge of Physics and Chemistry at secondary level and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physics and Chemistry lessons to secondary students using varied teaching methods.
• Develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Create an engaging classroom environment fostering inquiry and participation.
• Conduct laboratory practicals and hands-on experiments to reinforce concepts.
• Assess student progress with formative and summative methods and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects across science.
