Job summary

Scholario Indonesia seeks a knowledgeable Mathematics Mentor (IB/Cambridge) to guide students through advanced math curricula at our Bali-based campus in Denpasar Selatan. This full-time role focuses on mastery of International Baccalaureate and Cambridge programs, delivering tailored lessons and exam strategies to help students excel internationally.

Ideal candidates hold a mathematics degree, have 2–3 years of teaching or tutoring, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or closely related field.
2–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience at secondary or higher education level.
Demonstrated expertise in IB Mathematics or Cambridge A-Level/IGCSE Mathematics curriculum.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised mentoring and tutoring to students pursuing IB and Cambridge mathematics qualifications.
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Guide students through challenging mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques and examination strategies.
Prepare students effectively for internal assessments, practicals and final examinations.
Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and academic coordinators.
Collaborate with other educators to ensure curriculum coherence and student success.
Stay current with IB and Cambridge syllabus updates and examination requirements.
Support student wellbeing and foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources to enhance teaching quality.
