Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia seeks a corporate driver to ensure safe, comfortable and punctual transport for executives and guests in Batam. The role requires maintaining vehicle cleanliness, coordinating service schedules with rental vendors, and supporting HR & GA in coordination of travel and pickups.

We value punctual, well-groomed, honest professionals with strong responsibility and basic English communication to work with expatriates and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Corporate / Company Driver.
• Valid SIM A (Driver's License).
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• High flexibility with working hours (early mornings, late evenings, or weekend drives).
• Excellent knowledge of Batam roads, industrial zones, ports and airport routes.
• Punctual, well-groomed, polite, honest and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Transport executive staff, company guests safely, comfortably and punctually.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily basic checks on assigned vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle service schedules and maintenance with car rental vendor.
• Coordinate travel schedules and daily pick-up arrangements with HR & GA team.
• Provide basic assistance with administrative or errand tasks as required by management.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols and company confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements
