Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read sections, elevations, floor plans, and detail drawings fluently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural (Sipil), and MEP drawings — and translate them into buildable tasks for the crew.
• Set out axes, levels, and geometry on site (Bowplank / Pengukuran) using a tape measure, level, or laser.
• Check rebar (Besi), formwork, and reinforcement details against structural drawings before concrete is poured.
• Spot clashes between disciplines (e.g., MEP routing crossing structural beams) and flag them to the architect or PM before they become expensive.
• Verify wall verticality, 90° angles, and drainage slopes against design elevations.
• Brief and guide the construction crew on site, and monitor material use against specifications (RAB).
• Keep accurate as-built records of any changes made during construction.

PT. Indo Teknologi Kontruksi is building SOL — a premium concrete-glass-wood villa development in Kutuh (Bukit area), Bali: six villas and one large statement swimming pool, built for clients who expect precision, not excuses.

We're looking for a Draftsman / Site Engineer who turns technical drawings into flawless execution on site — someone who catches problems before they cost money, not after.

Why This Role Is Different

You won't be buried in paperwork in a back office. You'll be on-site daily — measuring, checking, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed, down to the millimeter.

Direct communication, no bureaucracy. If you spot an issue, you raise it with the architect or project manager directly — and it gets solved the same day, not next month.

Real ownership. Your accuracy directly protects the client's investment and the company's reputation on a premium project.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Degree or formal training in civil engineering, architecture, or technical drafting

Proven hands‑on experience as a draftsman or site engineer on villa/building projects

Confident with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

You read sections (Potongan), elevations (Tampak), floor plans (Denah), and detail drawings fluently — no hand‑holding needed

Sharp eye for detail, structured thinker, and honest — you flag problems early instead of hoping they go away
