Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models in ArchiCAD according to Swiss standards
• Produce technical drawings and construction documentation with a high degree of precision
• Coordinate revisions and integrate consultant inputs
• Ensure compliance with office templates, file structure, and QA/QC procedures
• Participate in collaboration tests and pilot projects with overseas partners
• Work closely with the project manager to deliver consistent output on time

We are an established architecture and engineering studio based in Bali, working on high-quality residential and development projects in Indonesia and abroad. We are expanding our team to support a Swiss developer on large-scale residential projects, using ArchiCAD and BIM workflows to deliver at international standards.

Role Overview

You will join a small, focused team of architects and drafters working under international project management to produce precise technical drawings and BIM models. This role combines design understanding with technical discipline and offers long-term stability in an international collaboration context.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models in ArchiCAD according to Swiss standards
• Produce technical drawings and construction documentation with a high degree of precision
• Coordinate revisions and integrate consultant inputs
• Ensure compliance with office templates, file structure, and QA/QC procedures
• Participate in collaboration tests and pilot projects with overseas partners
• Work closely with the project manager to deliver consistent output on time

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or drafting
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with ArchiCAD and BIM
• Strong ArchiCAD skills (mandatory)
• Experience working in BIM environments (Teamwork/BIMcloud is a plus)
• Good understanding of building detailing and documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Positive, proactive, and open to learning international standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with Swiss or European drawing standards
• Familiarity with SIA norms or similar documentation systems
• German language skills (not mandatory)
