Job summary

Indodana (PT Artha Dana Teknologi) seeks a Field Sales Supervisor to lead partner sales in the Palembang area and drive targets through daily partner visits. You will coordinate with partner operations to gather market insights and ensure programs run smoothly.

You will monitor field teams, train partners, and support both offline and online activities. A bachelor's degree and retail leadership experience are preferred, with strong mobility and a broad retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong network in the retail industry and mobility to travel.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with client sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Make 5 POS visits every day.
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).
