Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in managing program implementation in public health or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government systems at sub-national/district level.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English desirable.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with local government officials and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of district health priorities, system bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate national/provincial priorities into district workplans.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with district government, Puskesmas, communities, CSOs and development partners.
• Coordinate and monitor KITA SEHAT activities at district level with provincial/national teams.
• Identify implementation risks and facilitate timely resolutions with counterparts.
• Track progress, results and lessons learned; contribute to reporting at district, provincial and national levels.
• Promote GEDSI, climate resilience and One Health integration in district activities.
• Represent KITA SEHAT at district coordination meetings.
