Job summary

DT Global is seeking a District Coordinator for Papua Barat Daya to implement the KITASEHAT program at the district level. You will liaise with district government agencies and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Annual Work Plan and EOPOs related to primary health policy, service quality, workforce capability, and health security.

The role requires 5+ years of district-level program experience in public health, strong local knowledge of Papua Barat Daya, and fluency in Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, public policy, veterinary medicine, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of program implementation experience in public health or related sectors.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia; English skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of district health priorities and translate national priorities into district workplans.
• Build relationships with district government, communities, CSOs, and stakeholders to strengthen ownership.
• Coordinate and monitor activities at district level and align with Annual Work Plan.
• Identify and escalate risks or bottlenecks; collaborate with provincial and national teams.
• Track progress and contribute to reporting and learning at district, provincial, and national levels.
