Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia is seeking an experienced Entertainment & Recreation Manager to lead the Entertainment & Recreation function within our Business Unit. You will set direction, standards, and priorities, and build a strong, accountable team while overseeing live shows, entertainment programs, attraction experiences, recreation, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in entertainment, live shows, theme parks/attractions, show production, recreation, TV/live production, or live-event entertainment.
• Minimum 3 years of team/function leadership experience, with direct responsibility for people, performance, planning, and operations.
• Strong practical understanding of live-show operations beyond project or vendor management.
• Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and operational discipline.
• Ability to establish a clear vision and translate it into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Entertainment & Recreation vision, annual plan, priorities, and 1–3 year development roadmap.
• Translate Business Unit objectives into KPIs, programs, accountability, and improvement priorities.
• Build a strong organization through team structure, leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and performance management.
