Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems, business, digital technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT, digital technology, or project coordination.
Strong understanding of web and mobile applications and software development processes.
Experience coordinating with developers, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management principles and requirement gathering.
Ability to translate business needs into practical technology requirements.
Familiarity with automation concepts and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate the company's digital, technology, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Coordinate day-to-day communication with software developers, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements from relevant departments.
Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of digital systems, websites, apps, and technology solutions.
Monitor performance and availability of existing systems and platforms.
Coordinate troubleshooting with developers, vendors, or internal teams.
Track timelines, milestones, and vendor performance to meet requirements.
Prepare requirements, specifications, progress updates, and recommendations for management.
Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement through technology and automation.
Support implementation of technology strategies and initiatives under management direction.
