Job summary

PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk. is seeking a Digital Reconciliation Specialist to manage reconciliation between Bank Raya and third-party partners. You will monitor settlement processes, support refunds and claims, and provide data and reporting to ensure accurate, timely transactions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel and SQL basics, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced banking environment. Jakarta placement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Good ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in using tools such as draw.io and Google Workspace/Google Docs.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Query for data retrieval and analysis.
• Understanding of data processing, reconciliation, and transaction analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process automation is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to be placed at Bank Raya, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Performing reconciliation between third-party reports and Bank Raya’s internal reports and databases.
• Conducting settlement processes with third-party partners and ensuring transactions are properly reconciled.
• Processing refunds and third-party claims by verifying transaction data against Bank Raya’s database and customers’ Raya accounts.
• Investigating and resolving reconciliation-related cases or issues with internal teams, third-party partners, and relevant regulators.
• Handling data requests and preparing required reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing reconciliation performance and product developments to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generating and maintaining reconciliation dashboards and SLA reports to monitor reconciliation performance and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitoring reconciliation results and following up on outstanding discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to improve reconciliation processes and operational efficiency.
