Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive product strategy in the capital markets domain. You will work with developers, designers, and business owners to translate requirements into user stories and measurable outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in product management, with preference for candidates familiar with the Sekuritas industry, capital market processes, and cryptocurrency products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in Capital Market (Sekuritas) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and Agile/Scrum.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of product requirements, user stories, and lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, owners, users, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international capital market processes is a plus.
• Experience with investment or cryptocurrency products is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management.

Experience in the Capital Market industry (Sekuritas) is preferred.

Strong understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiar with product development tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Strong understanding of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product development lifecycle.

Experience working closely with developers, product designers, business owners, users, and other stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of Indonesian and international capital market business processes is a plus.

Experience handling investment or cryptocurrency products is an advantage.

Up to date with current business, economic, and technology developments.

Notes:

Willing to work onsite (Full WFO) in Sudirman, South Jakarta

Willing to work at Capital Market industry (Sekuritas)
