Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a Product Manager for the Securities Industry / Financial Services sector. Location: SCBD, Jakarta. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in product management and a strong grounding in user-centered design, agile practices, and effective communication across large teams.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, CS, or related fields. Capital market knowledge is a plus, and experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred.

Client : Securities Industry / Financial Services

Location : SCBD, Jakarta

Qualifications:

Have min. 2 years prior experience of working in the field of product managements as Product Manager

Minimum S1 with emphasis in engineering, business management, computer science or related fields.

Experience in the field of Product Management in Capital Market Industry may be preferred.

Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.

Excellent oral & written communications, including presentation skills.

Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, and software delivery teams.

Deep understanding in Sprint Design/Design Thinking methodology.

Familiar with common agile app development working tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.

Knowledgeable about the business processes of the Indonesian & International capital market is a plus.
