Job summary

PT. Indo Kreasi Grafika in Batam is seeking a maintenance technician to support production and services during production activities, technical services, and maintenance. You will ensure machinery availability and execute maintenance per asset-management standards.

The role requires understanding of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems, PLC knowledge, reading drawings, and readiness to work on site in Batam.

Qualifications

• Minimum senior high school; technical education preferred.
• Understand electricity, pneumatics, mechanical and electronics; PLC knowledge helpful.
• Able to read machine drawings and understand printing processes.
• Experience as technician in Flexo/digital printing is a plus.
• Willing to work at Batam location; English speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as technician to support production activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Implement and complete projects according to scope, specs and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively and keep in good condition.
• Perform maintenance planning and analyze work orders.
• Carry out other qualified tasks as directed.

Job description

Position Overview:

To support the achievement of production volumes by ensuring uninterrupted supply of production machinery at required parameters in the operation and maintenance, in accordance to standards, policies and procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation as well as government regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as technician to support production and services during the production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.
• Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.
• Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.
• Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.
• Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior high school
• Minimum 2 years experience as technician in Flexo / Digital printing, preferably with experiences in Gallus Digital Printer and Label Master
• Understand Electricity, Pneumatic system, Mechanic and Electronic and understanding about PLC
• Able to speak English.
• Can read machine drawing
• Familiar with printing process
