Job summary

ParagonCorp in Jakarta seeks a Digital Creative to develop engaging content and creative concepts that bring the brand to life across digital channels. You will collaborate with creative teams to produce social posts, videos, infographics, and activation materials that align with our identity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or design and at least 2 years crafting social media content.

• Min. 2 years of experience in social media creative and digital activity creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, production houses, and designers to create original content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create creative guidelines for Social Media Management Team to sharpen the editorial plan content.
• Brief creative content idea to content creator, design, creative, and production teams.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and best practices.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop creative idea for social media and digital activation plan that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals (Partnerting with DS).
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, production houses, and designers to create original content, such as activation, text posts, images, videos, infographics, etc., for digital marketing campaign, activation, and social media.
• Create creative guideline for Social Media Management Team to sharpen the editorial plan conctent.
• Brief creative content idea to content creator, design, creative, and production house team (internal and external).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and best practices (visual, angle, and creative ideas).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, DKV, design, or related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in social media Creative and Creative Digital Activity creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Creative and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
