Job summary

PT Glodon Technical Indonesia is seeking a Digital Cost Management Consultant (Quantity Surveying) to guide customers in establishing cost databases and optimize cost workflows. You will deliver training, provide implementation guidance, and drive long-term software adoption.

The role requires 5+ years of QS/cost management experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa. Hybrid collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related construction cost consulting.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, BOQ, cost databases, and cost management processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and consulting abilities.
• Fast learner with interest in digital transformation, software applications, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable delivering customer training and consulting sessions.
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in establishing and maintaining enterprise cost databases using our software solutions.
• Understand customers' business processes and provide consulting services to optimize their cost management workflows.
• Deliver product training, implementation guidance, and best practice recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day customer support, including technical guidance, product Q&A, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with customers to improve software adoption and long-term success.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and translate customer needs into practical digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital construction technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
