About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Producer to join the team at Shirtual. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java. As Digital Content Producer, you will play a central role in conceptualising, planning, and executing quality video & graphic content that drives engagement across our advertising and media platforms. This role is strategically important to our content creation efforts and directly contributes to our brand visibility and audience connection in the competitive advertising and media landscape.

Key responsibilities

Conceptualise and develop creative video & graphics ideas and concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences

Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production or photoshoot, including pre-production scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management

Act as the main cameraman. Handle setup and operation of camera gear, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools on set

Collaborate with content planner, copywriter, and other creative professionals to produce quality media content

Edit and post-produce video/graphic content using industry-standard software, including colour grading, sound design and visual effects

Review and approve final video deliverables, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and client specifications

Stay updated with emerging video production trends, technologies and best practices in the advertising and media industry

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a In-House Videographer & Photographer or in a similar production role within the advertising, media or creative industry

Strong proficiency with editing software, including tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut and Canva

Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute creative video content from initial concept through to final delivery

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse creative teams and external stakeholders

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, professional output

Understanding of storytelling principles and how to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences

Experience in advertising or branded content production is preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly to team members and clients

Able to communicate and write in English
