Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a DevOps / System Engineer to build and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud and AWS, automate deployments, and enhance monitoring. You will work with Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, and various tools to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

You will collaborate with software engineers to deploy code, write documentation, and explore new technologies to improve efficiency and automate operations with GitOps practices.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in DevOps / System engineering with at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
• Install, configure and manage supporting applications like HAProxy, MySQL, Nginx, Jenkins.
• Deploy internal apps with Ansible.
• Implement automation with Bash or Python as needed.
• Create and provide detailed documentation for every task.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy code regularly.
• Enhance monitoring tools across our servers.
• Optimize server build and code deployment processes.
• Implement auto-scaling techniques.
• Analyze, design and evaluate automation scripts and systems.
• Research new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Expose to MCP servers on Logging and Observability would be a plus.
• Leverage Gen AI to automate incident evidence collection.

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Build and manage infrastructure, running on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services

• Consul, Rundeck or any other necessary apps
• Deploy internal Apps with Ansible
• Implement any custom scripting with Bash or Python if needed
• Create and provide detailed documentation for every task
• Work along with software engineers to deploy code regularly
• Enhance monitoring tools across our servers
• Optimize our server build and code deploy process
• Implement auto-scaling techniques
• Analyze, design and evaluate automation scripts and systems
• Research new technologies that will improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement a highly scalable development environment
• Automation of regular duties and implementing them using gitops
• Exposure to MCP servers on Logging and Observability systems would be a plus point
• Usage of Gen AI to automation of incident evidence collection

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Min 0-2 years’ experience (DevOps / System engineer) with 1 year of experience
• focused on cloud-hosted commercial facing environments
• Strong scripting with Bash, Python
• Strong with Orchestration like Kubernetes
• Experience with Cloud Platform: GCP
• Experience with NoSQL DB like MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL
• Strong with automated configuration management tools: Ansible
• Experience with Containerization Concepts like Docker
• Strong communication skills
