Job summary

Indocyber Global Teknologi, PT seeks a proactive DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. You will ensure high availability, monitor performance, and optimize systems.

You will work with Jenkins, Kubernetes, NGINX, Grafana/Prometheus, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible, supporting collaboration across developers, QA, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on DevOps, SysAdmin, or Infra Engineering experience.
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes knowledge (deployments, services, ingress, config maps, PVs).
• Proficient in Jenkins pipeline development and CD practices.
• Hands-on with NGINX (reverse proxy, load balancing, security headers).
• Experience with Grafana dashboards and metrics tools (Prometheus/ELK).
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
• Advanced Linux knowledge (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS) and cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: design, build, and maintain pipelines with Jenkins and other tools.
• Containerization & Orchestration: manage deployments on Kubernetes with Helm charts.
• Web Server & Proxy Management: configure NGINX for traffic, SSL, security.
• Monitoring & Observability: implement and maintain Grafana/Prometheus dashboards.
• Infrastructure Management: provision and configure IaC-based cloud/on-prem infra.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: participate in RCA and hardening efforts.
• Collaboration: work with developers, QA, and engineers to streamline releases.
