Job summary

PT SINAR MANDALA TEKNOLOGI seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to manage Linux systems, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. The role emphasizes securing infrastructure, high availability, and cloud-based deployments across multiple platforms.

You will implement monitoring, backups, and automation to improve reliability. Requirements include strong scripting skills (Python/Go/Shell), familiarity with AI-powered DevOps tools, and the ability to work independently in Denpasar.

Qualifications

• Extensive Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Strong background with Docker, Compose, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of Nginx, reverse proxy, load balancing, and SSL/TLS.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/AliCloud/GCP/Azure) and IaC.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and messaging like RabbitMQ.
• Monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Jaeger.
• Networking: DNS, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP, load balancers.
• Security best practices, backups, disaster recovery, high-availability.

Job description

Strong experience with Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).

Proficient in Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.

Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of Nginx, reverse proxy, load balancing, and SSL/TLS configuration.

Experience with cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar) and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

Familiar with MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB administration.

Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Jaeger, or similar.

Experience with networking concepts including DNS, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP, and load balancers.

Strong understanding of security best practices, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.

Experience automating infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell Script, Python, or Golang is an advantage.

Familiarity with AI-powered DevOps tools and AI-assisted development tools to improve infrastructure management, troubleshooting, automation, and operational efficiency.

Language Skills

Able to communicate effectively in English.
