Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 1 year experience in desktop support, network OS, server hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge on computer systems, hardware/software, security, group policy, AD and networking.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks and projects to meet customer requests and MIS procedures.
- Troubleshoot standard computers and peripherals to maintain productivity and reliability.
- Coordinate with related parties and summarize data to support root-cause analysis.
- Monitor computers/devices for performance, reliability, and IT security compliance.
- Develop and maintain maintenance activities and guidance for users and support teams.
