Job summary

EXIE ART in Indonesia is seeking a hands-on product developer to design and bring motorcycle accessories from concept to production-ready products, focusing on improving functionality, safety, and market value.

You will create 2D and 3D designs, build prototypes, conduct fittings on motorcycles, and coordinate with production to ensure designs meet standards. A portfolio showing prior motorcycle accessory development is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing motorcycle/automotive accessory products.
• Able to use 2D & 3D software such as Autodesk Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SOLIDWORKS.
• Understand production processes and materials such as iron, aluminium, fiber, plastic, CNC, laser cutting, bending, welding, or similar processes.
• Able to perform measurements, fitting, prototyping, and product trials on motorcycles.
• Good problem-solving ability and creativity.
• Understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Interest and good understanding of motorcycle world and aftermarket accessories.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Thorough, disciplined, responsible, and have high initiative.
• Must provide portfolio or examples of products previously made/developed
