Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to join the Jabodetabek hub, overseeing end-to-end first mile and last mile processes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. You will coach supervisors, manage manpower costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routes and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics, has at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within first mile & last-mile delivery operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera / Jabodetabek / East Java.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hub operations in the Jabodetabek area.
• Manage manpower costs, courier supply, and COD reconciliations.
• Coach Supervisors and Hub Leads to ensure safety and best practices.
• Achieve KPIs related to service, cost, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
