Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the main liaison between customers, Field Operations, and Logistics, ensuring delivery execution runs smoothly and issues are resolved proactively.

You will collaborate across teams to minimize disruptions, manage delivery changes, handle returns coordination, and uphold service levels, delivering an outstanding customer experience with precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Strong planning, prioritization and time management skills.
• Customer-centred mindset with commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve delivery-related issues, including order changes, delivery date adjustments, and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to prevent and mitigate delivery disruptions.
• Negotiate and manage delivery refusals to minimize business impact and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Field Operations and Logistics teams to monitor daily delivery performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support urgent delivery requests and coordinate execution to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customer delivery complaints are addressed and resolved within agreed service levels and timelines.
• Coordinate product return and pickup activities with customers, Field Operations, and Logistics teams.
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive service excellence.
