Job summary

PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara in Purwakarta seeks a Staff Delivery to support daily delivery activities and ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will coordinate schedules, prepare documentation, monitor shipments, and work with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics, and Customer teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements include a minimum D3/S1 in logistics or related fields and at least 1 year of delivery or supply chain experience.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering, Management or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of delivery, logistics, warehouse or supply chain experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily delivery activities from preparation until customers receive products.
Arrange and monitor delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality and related departments on product readiness.
Check quantity, item information and delivery documents before shipment.
Prepare and maintain delivery documents and records.
Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners regarding schedules and routes.
Monitor delivery status and provide updates to relevant departments.
Handle delivery issues such as delays or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate delivery data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and customer standards.
