Job summary

DDTC Indonesia is seeking a proactive intern to join its Transfer Pricing team, where you will gain hands-on experience in preparing documentation and analyses in line with Indonesian regulations and OECD Guidelines.

This role involves supporting documentation preparation, assisting with financial analysis, and providing general support under mentorship. Candidates must be final-year students or graduates in Management, Accounting, or Taxation, with a strong interest in Transfer Pricing and good English skills.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and get hands‑on experience by contributing to client projects across diverse industries.

Job Description:

• Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Assist with basic financial, industry, and business analysis
• Prepare working papers and organize supporting data
• Summarize financial statements and related‑party transaction information
• Process and translate documents (Indonesian English)
• Provide general support for transfer pricing assignments under mentor guidance

Candidate Qualifications:

• Final‑year student or graduate in Management, Accounting, or Taxation (must have completed all classes)
• Strong interest in Transfer Pricing & international taxation
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team
• Experience in student organizations or relevant academic projects is a plus
• Willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic professional environment
